Kids and Youth at Calvary Foursquare Church

Children

At Calvary, Children are considered in everything we do. We believe that from a young age, children need to have solid biblical teaching, mentoring, and opportunities to use their gifts and talents.

Children ages 2-11 are taught Sunday mornings during adult service time, according to their age and level of understanding. At Calvary, we believe children should both learn about Jesus and have fun! Snack is provided for all classrooms during teaching time.

Safety is our number #1 priority. Every teacher is background checked and we always have one teacher accompanied by a Jr. helper (teen) to assist in each classroom. Cameras are recording in each classroom in order to ensure safety and accountability. Every teacher attends a training program and safety course.

Youth

Youth, ages 12-18, are welcome to attend Sunday morning service or serve in Children’s Ministry as helpers. They can also serve in other areas of the church where they have passion.

Youth are important to Calvary, as they are the next generation to carry on the mission of Jesus. We offer youth group on Wednesday nights for deeper connection. This includes solid biblical teaching with a focus on practical application and fun. In addition, we want our youth to know what they believe and why to develop a strong foundation in their faith.

We also want our youth to be empowered for life outside of school by intentionally equipping, growing, and developing areas of passion to serve people.
