S~ For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus sake. 2 Corinthians 4:5 (NIV)
O~ I am a slave to what I believe and to what I have turned my life over to serve, namely, the Gospel of Christ. Serving the Gospel makes me a servant of all for, “Jesus sake.”
A~ This is the way to reveal Christ…in the daily and moment by moment pouring myself out in His service because He is the treasure hidden in me that needs to be revealed. Jesus breaks out when I surrender to His service. He wins (my heart again) bursting out in all His glory!
P~ Lord God, You have made Your light shine in my heart to give me knowledge of Your glory in the face of Christ. (v. 6b). Release this light to break out of my heart into humble, joyful service to You today. I want to serve from my heart in joyful humility so Your glory may be clearly seen by all…today. I thank You that You want me to enjoy the glory of Your presence as I serve You. Bless the labor of my hands I pray…not for me but for Your glory!
